Terms and Conditions for Letter Safari

• Letter Safari is an early-childhood literacy tool intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or educator.
• If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use the App, you agree to take full responsibility for their use of the App and compliance with these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes on compatible devices that you own or control.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the App.
• Sell, rent, lease, sub-license, distribute, or commercially exploit any content, illustrations, sounds, or code from the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.

All rights, title, and interest in and to Letter Safari—including but not limited to character illustrations (Leo the Lion, Pip the Panda, and other animal mascots), game mechanics, graphics, audio, UI animations, logos, and software code—are and remain the exclusive property of Karun Shrestha.

All custom fonts, sound libraries, and third-party open-source components are used under appropriate licenses.

1. Purchase Mechanism: Letter Safari provides certain content for free and may offer premium content via an optional one-time purchase (“Letter Safari Lifetime Pro”).
2. Billing: All in-app purchases are billed and processed through your Apple ID or Google Play account in accordance with Apple’s or Google’s respective terms of service.
3. No Recurring Subscriptions: Lifetime Pro is a single, non-recurring purchase. It does not automatically renew or bill recurring monthly or annual charges.
4. Restore Purchases: You can restore previous purchases on any supported device tied to the same Apple ID or Google Account using the “Restore Purchase” feature in the App.
5. Refunds: Because billing is handled directly by platform providers (Apple or Google), all refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their refund policies.

Letter Safari is designed as an interactive, engaging supplementary learning tool to foster early alphabet, phonics, and handwriting familiarity. It is provided for educational entertainment and is not a substitute for professional schooling, certified speech therapy, or clinical educational assessment. We do not guarantee specific developmental or academic outcomes.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future OS version.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Karun Shrestha, its founders, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the App (if any).

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].
